1 General Terms & Conditions

Pvip app (referred to herein as the "Platform") is an online gaming service operated through the website https://pvipapp.org and its associated mobile applications. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between the user and pvip app.

2 Account Registration & Verification

• Each person may hold only one account — multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment number are strictly prohibited.
• The name, date of birth, and mobile number provided at registration must be accurate.
• A national ID card or passport may be required for account verification.
• It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password confidential.
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• You must confirm that you are at least 18 years old at the time of registration.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Pvip app supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit: BDT 200.
• Minimum withdrawal: BDT 500.
• All deposits and withdrawals must be made from a mobile banking number registered in your own name.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–15 minutes, though additional time may be needed if verification is required.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly; the wagering requirements must be met first.
• If suspicious activity is detected on a transaction, withdrawals may be placed on hold pending investigation.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

• Before claiming any bonus, please read the associated Wagering Requirements carefully.
• Multiple bonuses may not be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated.
• Each bonus may only be used once — per account, household, or address.
• Attempting to deposit and withdraw solely to claim a bonus will result in cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Pvip app may modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.

5 Gaming Rules

All games on pvip app are powered by internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Game outcomes are entirely random, and no one can predict or influence results in advance.

• Each game has its own RTP (Return to Player) rate, which can be viewed in the game info.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the wager will be refunded.
• If your internet connection drops during a game, the result will be saved on our servers.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final.
• Bets placed after a match has ended are not accepted in Sports Betting.

6 Prohibited Activities

Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of your balance:

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Pvip app reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these Terms.
• Suspicious or unusual transaction activity.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
• Failure to pass age verification.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).

Users may request account closure at any time. If a valid balance exists, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw before the account is closed.

• We are not directly responsible for issues arising from third-party payment gateways.

10 Terms & Conditions Amendment Policy

• Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.
